No! It was 95 degrees in the house, a good fire puts me to sleep like this rum im having.
I built a fire in our stove this morning but was careful to only build a small one. Never got over 75 in our house. I did spend the last couple of hours of daylight this afternoon on the patio burning wood in the patio fire place. Even baked some fresh sweet potatoes that a friend brought us a couple of days ago. I love this time of year........
It is a great time of year, our stove stays decorated, but if we need it, it's there. I have been thinking if taking it out, we ae going to have to get the Sheetrock redone around stove pipe, the tape is falling down.
Did not have a fire in the stove tonight but had two outside...thanks to the burn ban being canceled. Oh, coulda used some of that rum.
