There is no quick cheap solution to what you have it will either take time and a lot of hard work to reach what you want or alot of cash and some professionals to get it done quickly.

It will take a season or two but just follow a good yard maintenance plan. First thing to do is get a bag of barricade and put it down in the next month or so. Once it greens up and your mowing regularly, weed and feed a few times over the summer etc. If you want, send me a PM and I can give you more details on what all I do to my yard.
Also, if you have a farmers coop in your area, that’s the best place to get your fertilizer and chemicals.

Do not burn. Use commercial roundup as indicated. That means a warm sunny day

I've got some sand burrs you can have. Once you get those, you won't worry about any other weeds.

Go to your local Co-Op and gets a preemergent. Will kill the weeds and not your grass or trees.
