Third vote for Cedar Lake! I grew up down there and it is a perfect getaway place. Lots of trails for horseback riding so should work for bikes as well. It has primitive camping spots right on the water and one of the best RV spots in this state is just a short distance from the water. A bonus is that the small lake has great Crappie fishing and is managed for big Bass. Black Fork Creek is nearby for more fishing. March is good down there as later it gets hot and the ticks are out.

+1 on Lake Tenkiller

My favorite might be camping at the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge, but I like hiking as well.

+1 for the WMWR...love that place. But the OP will have to leave the beer at home. IIRC, no alcohol allowed.
