Got a question for all you guys who would know, I am getting a nice Magazine/Handcuff carry leather for trade and need to know if a civilian can carry a pair of handcuffs?

just wondering because if not I will probably just sell it. Thanks in advance...

I don't know that I would want to carry them, it just made me curious if it was allowed. Like I say more than likely it's going to end up on the classifieds tonight, LOL. Maybe this is just a pre-warning! LOL...

I think the correct answer is, yes you can legally carry handcuffs. Then the next question I would ask myself is, do I have any possible need or use for them? Do I need the extra bulk on my belt? Do I plan to make an arrest? Take a prisoner? Could I cuff someone my size and strength level, or bigger and stronger than me? Could I get beaten, maimed and/or killed trying to all by myself? Maybe.

I would carry zip ties around. Can't be seen (any way, shape, or form) as being "evil" and certainly don't clink when you walk.
