Can someone help me order a gun

Needs to be a Class III dealer OKc metro area, my dad is wanting to order a H&K SBR and local dealer H&H told us they cant get the gun, dad called manufacture and the guns are sitting on theri shelves ready for anyone who wants one, seems H&H just doesnt want to make the sale.

Anyone else know of a Class III dealer wanting to make a sale?

I've used him as an FFl before. I had to call and remind him twice to send his FFL info to the seller, but other than that it was a positive experience.

Major malfunction no longer deals with the general public if I recall. Steve at Cold Hand does them as well as the already mentioned DG. If you work with DG, it would probably make things easier, no need to travel to get/return paperwork.

Seems it is a Sig 516 SBR my dad is looking for, I called H&H and the kid only wanted to tell me they are not in stock when my dad called and spoke with Sig himself and they have the gun in the warehouse. Suprising no one wants to make a sale thee days.

There was a thread on here a while back about H&H having some issues with Class III stuff, maybe they want to make the sale, but can't?

Well it seems the recommendation for cold Hands Arms worked out well, he has 2 of the guns in stock and has a great price plus will handle the entire paperwork process as well. Only bad is the 2 in stock are pre-sold already, so dad will have to wait maybe 2 months to ge tthe gun in.
