Canadian Ranges

I went shootin' this morning. Went out to Banner. Harry has had some work done to the place. The roof and North wall is up all the way down the firing line. He is in the process of installing new bench rests. He is going to put concrete bench rests starting at the end of the pistol range all the way down to the first 100 yard range.
Today the place is a swamp. If you go bring rubber boots or wear flip flops.

I was there the same morning and yes the pistol range needed some work.

I didn't take pics of the pistol range because I didn't shoot there today. I shot at the new 25 yard range. The pistol range has new targets up and is mostly drained out with some mud. He will mow when it dries out some more.

Is he still only open on weekends or is he now open during the week as well?

I've been trying to get out there the last couple Saturdays but haven't been able to fit it into the schedule...

This is directly from the flyer he gave me. Yes I still have it for some reason.
"Range Hours
Closed On Mondays
Tue-Fri 10:00am to 6:30
Sat and Sun 8:00am to 6:30"

All ranges are open. 25 yd pistol ad 22 caliber rim fire 50yd
50 and 100 yd rifle

Just got back from Banner/Canadian. Harry is the same as ever, great ole guy (as long as you're not an impatient, rule breaker). There were about 10 of us spread out on the range. Everyone was self-marshaling pretty well. No mud, all the target stands seemed new-ish. Great time with my youngest son. **BONUS: Some friendly shooter even let me pop a few rounds outta his vintage M1A.
