I have a small section 4x4 foot.

Then it is work on carbs time to get this thing to idle.
Some buddies have decided it is time to work on their hot rods and talk me into building carbs and stabbing distributors in because they are too dumb to do it.
You work on this stuff all your life you have built dozens of cars but still do not understand a carb and distributor or anything else that really matters.

Drives me crazy.
One friend said he was bored because he had to stay home for 2 weeks and avoid all people after a surgery.
Read up on carbs fool.
Buy a book.

So I guess those people with the pontoon stuff never came around huh?

New carpet went down a few days ago and then I built a center console from styrofoam panel that is sandwiched by ABS plastic which is sandwiched by vinyl coated aluminum.
Yellow arrow points at the panel I made the console from.
NO WOOD!

I ordered some stainless hardware to attach the side rails and those fasteners came in today.

@Mr.Glock gave me some stuff he did not need and in that stuff was Black Steel Coil. Like aluminum coil used for siding but seems to be vinyl coated steel.

It looks AWESOME on the side rails.
Much better than the trampled by cattle stuff that came with the boat.
NO kidding the other owner left those panels on the ground and his cows ruined it.

What say ye.

Yes that is part of the seat in the lower middle and lower right.
I think the seats were a bit rotted out.

Got too hot outside so I called it at 3:30.
I have been on it since 6:30 this morning making the console and getting old beat panels out and new black ones in.

If anyone needs these beat up aluminum panels because yours are worse (if that can happen) you can have them after I use them as templates.

Console is done as are all the panels except for a few bolts and screws which I will visit ACE hardware for later.
