Wasn’t that long ago we had a member here get arrested and charged for doing it IIRC.

It takes me 10 minutes to vote on a busy Election Day. I can go unarmed for 10 minutes to avoid a bunch of legal trouble.

Maybe... if it's considered a state affair (as it should be).

However, there are Federal laws on blade length in Federal buildings (Post office, etc.). Something like 2.5 inches IIRC.

That would be a very tiny sword.
