CCW Fee Reduction?

I read some time ago that there was a bill introduced in the legislature that would reduce the state licensing fee to $35.00 after November 01, 2012. Has anything happened regarding that bill?

Passed? Defeated?

Just wondering what happened with it.

Nope, it's the most equitable way to pay for a road.If you use it, you pay, if not, no pay.I love toll roads.
