You may also want to consider filing a quit claim deed on the property and walk away from it.
No point having property you don't control and don't want.
It's a tax liability and opens an avenue for litigation.

You guys are funny..."find the trust"....a document created when i was probably in 3rd grade. I know that my Dad had to have been the trust manager or whatever it is called because he handled all the finances for it.

The way to get rid of it is just stop paying the taxes and both my sister and my aunt (dad's sister when she was still alive) told me "just let it go...stop paying for it". However, I kept on and here we are LOL.
