I almost think they do.
Don't they carry a Federal certification?
I know some do. Tracy told me about arresting a guy at his home in Arkansas City that tried to fraudulently obtain a OK lifetime license.

I worked with a guy who had family/tribal lands out in Binger…he said the ODWC guys couldn't take any enforcement actions on his land.

Don't remember the tribe in MN, but they've recently lobbied to be able to spotlight deer on tribal land..............

What are the potential ramifications if I (non-Cherokee/non-Indian) hunt/fish on Cherokee land?

My good buddies farm borders some...I've always stayed off of it, but just curious.

Our County Sheriff's Department is called to arrest non Native Americans for crimes at the casinos and tribal land around the casino. The story told around here is the the tribal courts are only for Native Americans and non N.A. will be charged thru the County Court system.

Not sure if it is the same way if a non N.A. were to hunt illegally on tribal land.

Sounds about right. I'll continue staying off unless trailing a shot deer/hog. Besides, we can bait and I do know that's not allowed on NA hunting property. ; )
