Trust me, it can and does get a WHOLE lot worse. We had a homeless guy that had 4 pair of pants on including a pair of sweats, that he had peed in several times. Standing 6-8ft away from him, you could see the lice crawling all through his matted hair. My eyes are tearing up as I type.

Yeah, I had a friend who had been an LEO for nearly 20 years telling me about some of that. He said he was a Lieutenant, so those guys usually ended up in someone else's car, when he could. LOL!
