I’ve finally got my mind around the fact that I can kill anything I’ll realistically encounter with a 308, 270 Win, or 9.3x74r, so I think I’m done exploring new calibers.
Yep, those calibers even make up for a bad shot placement. I would think they would take down any animal out there with a well placed shot. If you can even graze a brain stem its over for a coordinated movement, still might be an advancement toward you, but in most cases the second shot will slow that tremendously. Those Heart and Lung shots can be slow sometimes, that is why I like a Grey Matter shot over a Heart shot in most cases. Accuracy is Key along with a Cool Head.

Yea I wish I never bought into that 6.5 creedmoor.
Probably the least shot rifle I have not including the 32-20 Marlin Ballard.
Definitely need a lot of Space to enjoy a 6.5 CR. or any caliber of the nature. After the excitement wears off it becomes a lot of work to set up targets and practice. Even when you have a good place to shoot them. Most people can't even find a good safe place to shoot them after a purchase. 44 mag or 357 mag, pistols might be some of the best guns to own for versatility. It should be legal to Hunt any game animal you want with them in my opinion.
Makes a for a slightly elevated challenge, over a Rifle.
