Giving each state two votes, first candidate to majority would be a different electoral process, but more aligned with the constituency that each state giving over 100% of their electoral votes for a simple majority win. Or perhaps we fix the electoral system altogether, instead of California giving 55 votes to any single party, it might be 35 votes to one candidate, 20 to another, based entirely on the popular vote. A better representation of of those voting.
It's best not to rush into places where angels fear to tread. It is a deep topic. The founders did not set things up without great care and depth of understanding of the history of governments up until that point in time.

Maybe we need Prater and this judge to link up together. Wasn't it Prater that charged rioters with terrorism charges?

The only reason to think that is the perceived notion that the vote wouldn't go a certain way. Each electoral vote would be given as per that congressional districts popular vote. If anything, it would bolster the conservative vote.
That does not making any sense to me
