I like to use a cup of chopped cilantro and an onion in mine. My step Dad likes to make his corn bread with his oversized waffle maker! (add jalapeno's and extra shredded cheese)
I like to fry mine like pancakes in a cast iron skillet with a little grease. Corn Cakes.

I bet the corn waffle is good.

I also put a 1/4 or so cornmeal in my pancakes when I make them. It adds a lot of flavor so you don't need as much syrup.

Wife had butterfly porkchops and sweet potatoes cooking when I got home from work. It was great, but stew, porkchops, roast, etc....ain't really on my preferred diet list. I'm gonna have to haul her to the Indian or Thai place tonight I think. (although I did taste habanero in my porkchops...she knows what I like)
I like stuff cooked with good spicy curry. Wish I knew more about it. The stuff at walmart is hit and miss.

But fried pork chops is one of the best tasting meat dishes out there in my opinion.
I would take a properly fried T bone pork chop, has to be bone in, over a properly mesquite fired prime rib steak. Bone in meat is much better flavor for me. I do not like trimmed meat as well either. Leave the fat and cook it hot to make the flames jump.

Yeah, if you want good curry, pick a good restaurant or make your own. Indian curry is much more complex than Thai curry, but it's not difficult. Just watch some YT videos and get the basic spices. It sure makes the house smell good!
