Yes for the money condor is spot on, many underestimate 1075 but it can and will hold an exceptional edge with proper heat treat, which can be hit or miss with condor in the past. sounds to me you have a keeper and I love the nesmuk design

We have a big dairy a few miles south of us. They used to give away the Guernsey bull calves. Made great veal. One of my buddy's tried to raise a couple to get some more weight on them. After a month of bottle feeding them every three hours, 24/7 he finally butchered them.
