I'd like to think our local Leo's would refuse to enforce those particular laws if it were to happen here. What do you think the numbers on that would be? Would 1 in 25 would refuse the order? 1 in 50?

As much as it pains me to admit it, if it was only targeted at minority communities or lower income populations in Oklahoma, I doubt any would refuse.

I doubt very much it'll have anything to do with race. IMO the more likely scenario will be a national ban or something and it'll come down to federal law vs state law. My pessimistic crystal ball also sees "being charged with a federal firearms crime" being used as leverage.
