The Legislature has been in some kind of session, either special or regular, for quite some time so I doubt they have much interest in coming back into session for a veto override. I'd love to be proven wrong...

I write to get your take on the Governor's veto of SB1212.
Is a special session possible to overturn the veto?
It has all the appearance of undue influence by out of state interests - Bloomberg to be specific. I am upset that the governor has thwarted the will of the legislature and the citizenry. We are right in pursuing this restoration of Second Amendment rights, just as is enjoyed by the citizens of Kansas! No problem there or anywhere else this is being done. The governor's rationale is purely specious!
