They will probably just chip everybody’s arm. Cover all the bases from the get go.
It will eventually be something like that.

Again, do you really believe they won't demand you attach or set up GPS devices or tracking devices on your vehicle? It is an invasion of my privacy. I feel the same way about traffic cams, toll gate sensors and the like. It is akin to Universal Registration of firearms.
I didn’t say what I did or didn’t believe. But then again, you don’t have an actual right to drive (it’s considered a privilege). So no one would be infringing your right to free movement per se.

Their ultimate game plan (after those of us who remember what a free America was like, have passed) is for everybody to have to drive an EV which, like smart thermostats, can be controlled by The Hierarchy. They'll be able to control speeds, distances, times of operation, etc.

Google "15 minute cities." It's not a computer game. It's what the Globalists intend.
Indeed, most Americans are oblivious to the various agendas being promoted by the elite globalists , whether the control vehicle is climate change, or the environment, or gender rights & transgenderism or defund police, or pandemic fear mongering, or poison jabs, or immigration, or CDDCs, or color revolutions, & on & on…..via Globalists positioned at all levels of governments ,& NGOs, & corporations . These people are not loyal to any government/ country. Here in the USA, Deep State = Globalist.

They are loyal to their cause, voluntarily because they believe in globalism ( whatever their motivation: Power,Pleasure,Fame or Fortune ) OR they are compelled to globalism movement due to some form of pressure or intimidation .

The UN / WHO being blessed with more & more power & influence in governments around thie world.
WEF in the public eye , coalescing the globalists think tanks’ ( Tavistock etc ) agendas. Read the globalists game outlined in Agenda 30, which America has signed on to.

No longer are these wild ideas of globalism, a one world corporate government, a global single currency, no borders, no patriotism, loss of freedoms and liberties ( as Americans know it ) , loss of personal firearms, loss of free speech & so on foreign, “ kept in the closet “ public topics.

Speaking these topics can no longer be labeled “ a conspiracy, tin hat idea”. It’s here. Loss of our personal freedoms and individual rights are being attacked non stop by these evil tyrants.

Take the Red Pill, join The Great Awakening, and fight to defeat The Great Reset/ NWO ( New World Order )
Do Not Comply, to globalism, wherever it raises it’s putrid head. Fight for Freedom.

If you want to through in Insurance, you have one car and one truck. You can only drive one at a time. How ever you still pay full price for each. New Zealand charges insurance per mile. You buy a predetermined amount of miles and you and all the cars and trucks are good till you use them up. Good for the average person, not good for the over-the road trucker.

There was a study several years ago for Pay at the Pump insurance. Basically the cost of insurance was added to the price of fuel so this pretty much worked out the same way.

Interesting and I did not know that. That would eliminate people driving without insurance and me needing uninsured motor vehicle coverage.

I can see the insurance companies having a big fit over that since it would come down to only one carrier and the state would have to go thru a bidding process to see who would get the contract for the year and the pricing would be locked for a year so no surprise price increasing when they wanted to.
