My vote would be for either the Glock 20, 29, 30 or 41. I am 5’10” and about 183 lbs. I carried the 41 for most of the past year, even in the summer, and had no problems. I like the 19, I have a Gen 3, but I shoot the models listed at the beginning better. I have found that the .45 cals don’t like SWC though.

One thing I forgot to mention. I also need the holster to accommodate a weapon light. The 43X MOS is serrated for a rail mounted light and I have a small one on it. It's a perfect little carry pistol with 15 round mags!
If they don’t have it you can call. They may be able to accommodate……

Hey everyone,

I am the worst about selling and trading guns way more than I should and I traded my carry gun for a rifle a few weeks back. I have tried a P320, P365, M&P 2.0, and even a Staccato C2 DUO. I keep going back to a Glock 19 as just feels nice and is at a reasonable price range. Any handgun over $1000 is nice but I have trouble holding onto it when I know I can have a nice rifle set up for that price. A Glock 19 size is the sweet spot for me that actually seems to conceal better (with a quality holster/belt) than the 365s or Shields that I've owned. Would not be against trying other guns in a similar size and price range because as I mentioned before, I don't mind trading/selling.

Particularly interested in trying the midsize FN MRD 509 (15rds) and the CZ P07. I know there are others out there in the same boat as I am and always end up wanting a Glock for carry, even after experiencing more expensive guns. Really just wanting to hear what other people here think.
I don’t Ike Glock, but needed something in the G-19 size and capacity. I chose a CZ PO7 and love it. Mags are more expensive, but it is worth it to me. The CZ ergonomics monkey stomp all over the Glock.

That is what I have been carrying since I put this thread together. Haven't found a reason to change from that at this point.

I have the 19X, Larry Vickers 17, 26 and 43. By far my favorite Glock is the 19X. It is the best one I’ve ever had. I like them all but this one feels great in my hand and I love the full size grip with smaller slide. Plus it’s really accurate for a pistol. Comes with night sights as well. Even though I put Night Fision sights on all my pistols. If it were me that’s the one I would get. It also conceals well. And I use an OWB kydex holster.

I have a 33 with 357 Sig, 40S&W and 9mm barrels for it. I bought my daughter a 26 because she liked shooting the 9mm in the 33. We both love that you can carry this size Glock in a bunch of different ways. My daughter said she puts the 26 with a 12rd mag in the front pocket of her hoodie while she is getting gas or quick run in the grocery store or while walking her dog. I like that I can easily conceal carry the 33 in the back pocket of my bib overalls even with a 15rd mag and grip sleeve
