I never really looked. And the way it's going I probably never will.

Haha! I gotta admit, I was too busy keeping an eye on that female jailer who was giving me the stink-eye and that other fella chained to the bar to really look around for outlets. He wasn't nearly as nice as the guy GC and I rode down there with. :lookaroun

From what I have heard, prison has ALOT more "freedoms" than county jail.

I know this will be hard to believe, but I wasn't always the fine upstanding citizen sheep dawg that I am now.

I spent some time in Skogee County no-tell-motel back in 97-98

Let me tell you, That life SUCKS.

The only thing i got out of it, besides realizing straight and narrow was the only way,

was a boatload of crazy stories, in which time is erroding from my memory.

I thank God daily for helping me back up on the right path.

When I have a bad day, no matter how bad it is, all I have to do think back a spell, and my day instantly gets better.

The only outlets available in the Ok county jail are the two in the day room. DOC floors have a microwave plugged into one and the other is for IF/when they can cut hair with some worn out clippers.

Its jail, very FEW accomodations for these fellas

From what I have heard, prison has ALOT more "freedoms" than county jail.

This is an understatement if ever there was one. :faint:

Everytime we pull chain at the Hughes County jailhouse, the convicts are all hootin' and hollerin' and high-fivin' one another as if we were going to Disneyland or something. :ugh2:

Why? Because like Reddog said - there are ALOT more freedoms in prison than there is at the county jail.

There's yard time, exercise facilities, canteen, more drugs and booze slippin' in, sex with new partners - you name it. :naughty:

Of course, the Hughes County slammer is one of the oldest in the state. It is underneath the courthouse with no daylight whatsoever. It could be raining, snowing or a pretty summer day and you wouldn't have a clue if you were locked up.

And no, there are no outlets inside the cells. Just outside in the runs.
