Cox Internet usage issues?

I thought I would check my cox Internet usage as I have gone "over" a few times my limit. I see this today.

Same here. And I'm a huge bandwidth user. Never had any throttling.

I go over monthly. But only a few gigs. Like 1-3% overage. I called them once and they told me not to sweat it.

But then that's maybe 10 gigs or so over my 300 per month. If you're waaaay over they will throttle you down.
