Customer @ Wal-Mart offered to sell me a DPMS

I was at the local wally world at the gun counter and struck up a conversation with another customer. We of course talked AR's and he said that he had a few DPMS he would be willing to sell. I asked him if the price would be within reason and not the "panic price." He said yes his price would be within reason and he would not try to gouge me. I said throw me a number and lets see. He only wanted $1650 for a flat top in .223. He then stopped me latter in the store and asked again if I would be interested. I of course said no not today.
