Well Prater, if Oklahoma County citizens have the right to protect themselves in their homes, why would that not apply outside the home?
They are no less citizens showered, out and about, making a contribution to society, earning an honest living, paying the very taxes that support your salary, providing services (i.e. pharmacist), etc.
