Masons are just people joined together in brotherhood that tries to do good in the world- period.

Why are you so obsessed with needing to know what they do? If you want to know, join. How does a 32* make a difference in your life? Answer - It doesn't.

According to @T. MIKE SMITH Masons are just people trying to do good in the world, but according to @Dorkus we have to join before we know what they do? I can't be the only one who sees the absurdity of having to join something before knowing what it is. Is that like passing the bill before you know what's in it?

If it's simply an organization that "tries to do good", why so much secrecy? I've asked that twice already and still haven't had anyone answer.

Cop is Mason. Sees driver is a Mason. Helps his “brother” out. Wink wink nod nod. Not that hard to understand.

If it’s just a simple brotherhood to do good, why all the secrecy and “degrees” of advancement?
The chances of a Mason getting stopped by an officer who is also a Mason is about a million to one

I’ve never asked for any secrets. I’m just wondering why such a benevolent group has to be so secretive, if they’re just out to do good in the world?

Why not just do good?

I don’t think anyone on this forum is out to destroy or take over the world. I do believe Freemasonry as an organization is humanistic and Satanic, posing as a benevolent organization. It is a Church of Man — even calling its meeting places “temples”. Even those on this forum have said you simply need to profess a faith in a god — not in the God of the Holy Trinity. Satan loves this, because it equates the Holy Trinity with every other pagan god in the world.

I’ve got a Marine Corps sticker and an EMT sticker on the back of my truck. There is a chance that the cop that pulled me over used to be an EMT. An even greater chance he is a Marine veteran. He could tell me to slow down and let me go as a result. More likely he will tell me to “press hard, three copies.” Having things in common doesn’t mean the officer is going to let you get away with breaking the law. If the cop was in my unit, or was in a lodge with a Mason there may be a little more leniency. Not because of a sticker but because they know one another.

The only place I disagree with you is the people that have FOP badges on their license plate bolts. I am willing to bet a dollar to a donut, that gets them out of tickets.

Our only secrets are the password and handshake just like every other fraternity .
How can you say we are secretive? We mark our buildings with signs for all the public to see , we list our phone numbers and address for our lodges on public forums . We wear hats, rings, and shirts with Masonic designs. We ride/walk in local parades. We talk to anyone about what we are doing with the lodge/shrine/Scottish /York Rites and answer most questions about our fraternities.
In your book are all the world religions in league with Satan ? Read something other than Anchorberg or his ilk they are first-world racist, many books have been written about masonry by non-basis writers .

How can you say we are secretive?

Because even your recruiting website says you’re secretive?

Just be honest, there’s more to Freemasonry than just “doing good”.
