I believe being a Mason and being Catholic is incompatible. Given that Protestants believe in religious indifferentism, I can see how they wouldn’t see a problem with being a Mason and being “Christian”. I don’t think it’s right, but I see the parallels since Freemasonry is also religiously indifferent.
As a Catholic, I believe there is only one Truth and that it is intended for anyone to hear and understand, not just someone who has learned the right handshake or password.
In addition to temples, oaths, altars, rituals, and knowledge…I left out Masonic burials as well. Anyone who doesn’t see that this is a religion is delusional. Just as one cannot simultaneously be Christian and Muslim, one cannot simultaneously be a true Christian and a Freemason. I pray someday you see it as well.
