I've stayed at the Parc55 about 20 years ago. Super nice hotel back then.Worse, the city’s two largest hotels, the Hilton (1,920 rooms) and the Parc55 (1,020 rooms) have ceased paying both their mortgages [$750 million total] and their property taxes – and the owner has left the state...
Might be interesting to find out how/where the city is collecting enough revenue to even keep its own doors open.
