I lost an estimated 1 pint of blood in a mater of a few minutes. That's scary and I don't know how much I can lose before dying but I felt like it wasn't much more maybe. But I'll consider the source of any assholl who wants to make jokes about what was a, scary near death experience.
So no I ain't humored at all.
We once got a guy in on a psych hold. When we put him in restraints and cut clothes his twig and berries so to speak were completely covered in U bolts and D shackles and other hardware all linked together like a tinker toy set. He was screaming that we not take it off. Some of the bolts were rusty. Maintenance got called and was like "nope." Doc ended up determining that is was not emergency as it was still getting blood flow and had been there for a while. So he got sedation and discharge after the meth wore off.
Been there, done that, bought the t-shirt, wouldn't wanna do it again...insult to injury, I was initially treated like a whining baby until they discovered I was over a unit low.

Scary isn't it
When someone donates whole blood that's the amount given, 1 pint. If you lose 3 or 4 pints you're in serious trouble. Glad you're ok.
Dang it. Hope you get home soon.
Not being able to breath and feeling like heart might stop any second is not high on my things to do again list.
That is for healthy people already checked for ability to give that amount without it causing problems. Add in health problems such as poor circulation or respiration or atherosclerosis, blood sugar problems etc etc, and losing a pint is a whole nuther animal.
So, are you going to tell us what happened or not ?
