Wish I could offer some guidance on one... It probably depends somewhat on the circumstances though. In the end, I think divorce is a pretty basic thing from a legal standpoint... just don't go for the bottom of the basement.

My ex is purportedly already sucking another one into her death grasp. She's been gone for all of 3-1/2 months and is engaged to be remarried by the end of the year. I feel sorry for the guy...

If you need more venting material I'm going through it as well. She's been telling me since July she is going to file in October... At this point I'm just waiting on the paperwork. I hope you are doing okay otherwise considering the situation.

They do, but we were actually divorced back in 2010 then she moved back in about a week after the divorce was final and we attempted reconciliation. So long and short of it is that we have been legally divorced since then, but she just took off (again) in late June so there is nothing stopping her from remarrying this quickly after splitting for good.
We are however going through a custody battle right now and I can't imagine that behavior is going to serve her well in that regard. It's amazing to me that she'd make such a quick decision that directly impacts our three kids. Then again, nothing she does surprises me anymore...
Sounds like we need our own OSA divorce support group... there are more and more of us everyday.
