Yep. When he owns a business he is a private citizen in that venture. As a private citizen he has private property rights, and that includes the option to ban guns on his premises. Don't like it, go somewhere else.

That's kinda what I was thinking ... but then I am of the opinion that concealed is concealed ... Some people just aren't happy unless they are making things harder than they need to be.
