I bagged one in the A6 last year. The best part was my little boy woke up, looked around, and said, "We're not at school yet." Fortunately, all it did was break some mounting clips on the headlight and leave poop and fur on the grill.
I have heard that when you call your ins. co. you should say "a deer hit me" not "I hit a deer" anyone know if this is true or makes any difference???

Seriously though, it doesn't matter. A deer strike is a comp claim, regardless of how it happened. It makes no difference.
