If I see it, and I want it, I buy it. I'm a consumer, not a provider (at least in this market segment). You guys want ammo, find it and buy it.

I was at the south BA Walmart around dinner time, and they had several boxes, both 50- and 100-round, of WWB .38 Special FMJ. The goofy thing is that the 50-round box was priced at $18.87, while the 100-round box was $40 and change. When I pointed out to the employee at the ammo counter that two of the 50-round boxes would be cheaper than a 100-round box, he shrugged.

There were three or four of the 50-round boxes left after I bought two. About the same in the 100-round count. Nothing else on the shelf in pistol ammo except, of course, .40 S&W, and a bit of .17 HMR and .25 ACP. Plenty of .223 and 5.56.

I've seen this in the past at WM with 9mm and .45 auto also.
