The DREAM ACT is going to die in the Senate. However, just FYI, it is not the blanket amnesty you might think. The military is even in favor of it.

As one who is going through the entire immigration process with my Canadian wife this is entirely BS. We've submitted the pages and pages of paperwork, submitted the required funds to pay the fees and wait... and wait... and wait (so far 15 months). And while we're waiting for her I-130 petition to be finalized (it has been approved), she is not permitted to enter the US.

This country is so f*cked up beyond what the Founders envisioned...

Only thing I hate worse than slimy politicians, are slimy politicians that don't bother to freakin' vote on important issues. WTF did we send them there for? Just to draw a paycheck?
