No idea I live on the other side of the state. From living north of tulsa for 18y I would say there was zero wind lol.
Wind was out of the south about 15mph. Anything sprayed would have hit the mall. I'm not saying there's a target or anything, just that it's a big "hmm...."

I have a friend who does programming/operation on ag drones in western Oklahoma. The biggest drones hold about 11 gallons of chemicals.
The government considers them "Airplanes" and you get the same charges as if you brought down a 737.

You should definitely not shoot them down from hiding or a place that they aren't able to see with a high powered lead projectile. Then claim the thing fell in your yard and call the police for investigation.
