The officer will be given due process, and when it is all said and done he will be let go by OKCPD for use of tactics not warranted as pointed out by the FOP and instructors. As to accountability I see the officer not facing any criminal trial since AG Drummond put that out of play, there might be a civil suit against him but how much can they get out of a public servant? Reality is we, the tax payer, will pick up the tab be it a settlement or a judgement. Just think about what the money could have gone to better the police training or gear.

Loss of pension would be a good start.
