Has it even gone to trial yet? The last I heard was when the judge ruled out self defense as a defense.
I was going to comment that surely some judge wouldn’t be that stupid, but I regress. Yes, there are some out there.
Sounded like “Montez”, or something along those lines. She said “my man’s right f*cking there” during her diatribe, then as soon as he smacked her back, she yelled for “Montez”. Then she called for him after getting spiked. Apparently “Montez” or whatever his name was knew she got what she deserved - or he didn’t want a helping of his own.
Justice served Cold, with Ice and Pavement.
Montez has seen that before probably. He is staying in where it is warm.
There is a part 2 to this one. Montez shows up in a white SUV and starts chewing her out, telling her to get in the car and get her ass home.
