Wanting to try some. What do I need to know? Are some brands better than others? What about the flavored ones etc....

Yea I think I saw somewhere that the original ole smoky is 100 proof and the apple pie was 40.
the apple pie is 70 proof, almost like a liquor. very good over ice!
