A petition? For what? He was tried and convicted by a jury of his peers and was well represented by an attorney of his choice. We should all be thankful that the only person Jerome "Dirty Harry" Ersland killed was the person trying to rob his business.

Are you sure you wouldn't have done the same thing in that situation,that kid got what he deserved and Ersland should have never been tried.
