I can make you a list long enough to wrap around the earth at least twice, but I'll narrow it down to just one...

People in cars!

I absolutely can not stand traffic and the stupid chit folks do when they climb behind the wheel. I think that is mostly due to my working night shift (2300-0700) for the last several years, but gotdamn! What'n the hell is wrong with people?

Mrs. GED says I'm the nicest bloke you'll ever meet, until I get on the road.
^^^^^THIS!^^^^^ It's like everyone turned into a brainless zombie when behind the wheel. They will gladly huddle together blocking everyone going UNDER the speed limit until you pass them and they snap out of their trance then act like you just kicked their dog and try to pass you again. I guess the sheeple label is more accurate than I thought. :soapbox:

2nd thing would be the super glue sealing the cracks in the corners of my fingers will often make my phone keyboard unresponsive on some letters.... 1st world problems!:laugh6:

New cars that have the capability to get 3x the MPG that they do get.
If my 6000 lb 1980's ford van with a 302 and 2 barrel with 3.50 rear gear not using Overdrive can get 17.6 MPG average city and highway mixed there is no reason a fuel injected modern engine with overdrive can't get that.

That does not irritate me near as much as those new vehicles using oil and the manufacturer saying it is not an issue or excessive.
And the fact that they are stupid pricy.

Our technology is greater than it was in 1980's and it does not show.

I have recently thought my 1995 Corolla getting 30-35 mpg may need to get a carburetor upgrade.
See if I can muster the 50 mpg that the old Honda Civics that had carbs would get.

My 2015 GMC 1/2 ton with about 127k miles averages between 19 and 20 just running around (according to the onboard computer).

My 2018 Cruze does slightly better. And I've done as well as 78 over a 25 mile stretch on a trip from Spokane to Lewiston.

Construction signs that haven’t been removed or laid down. “Right lane close ahead? Okay, I’ll merge over. Wait, the right lane isn’t closed anymore? Why the hell is the sign still up?”
I don’t know if they forgot them or if they just decide to store those signs exactly where they put them up at the beginning of the construction project. There’s a “don’t hit our workers” sign alongside the Beeline that has been there for years, despite there not having been any construction anywhere near it in years. I guess they must figure they’ll be back again eventually, and it’ll save them some time to leave it there.
