Try seating the bullets deeper then pull them with the impact puller or pliers.
Sometimes the bullet jacket will "weld" to the case dissimilar metals thing.
Seating deeper is easy with the leverage a press has and that will break things loose many times.

Gotta take it easy on the right hand or it will start claiming headaches and such!!ie: use your right hand!
After I posted this thread I remembered I read that seating deeper helps pulling with an impact puller. I’ll have to try that.
