For the first time in my life I am really looking forward to winter. Amazing how having a wife to snuggle with will change a man's perspective on things.
I am ready for fall and winter.
Yes spooning is great, specially in the winter.
First day of fall and its 89, I'm ready for some cool ridin and shootin weather. 60s are good.
ha I can see where that makes no sense. I bundle up big time in the winter but underneath it all, I wear a short sleeve shirt. I still wear polos to work but underneath all my layers and take em off when I get to work.
No way ... there are TWO sides of the bed for a reason ... I gotta have my breathing space!

Ahhhh yes Fall of the yr is here. I cant wait for the weather to cool off into 60's and 70's. This summer just about burnt me up.
I'm also part Eskimo...the colder it gets, the more I want to get out and hunt.

It's sneakin' up on me this year, but bring it on.
It gets no better than a 40 degree late October morning in the woods.

It's the other way around for me; spring, especially early on when the crocuses, tulips, and daffodils are just getting started, is my favorite time of year. Fall is my least favorite - ragweed is a killer, the days are getting shorter and shorter, the departing of migratory animals for warmer climes, the dying of the general flora, etc...
I will say, however, that the general weather in October - between the end of hay fever season and the serious onset of fall - is nice. Still plenty of t-shirt days, but some nice, cool evenings in the bargain.
