My worst problem is people answering question 12. If they actually read qusetion 11, it will tell them NOT to answer question 12.

Ive had 4 aliens buy guns... they need an a$$ load of extra stuff.

1) seller must Print, sign, title, date. (this should be #10 but first one I thought of.)
2) NO WHITEOUT
3) NO ERASING
4) one line through an error then initial the mistake
5) If the customer cannot fill out the form himself you cannot help him with it AND if someone else helps him with the form it has to be witnessed by Another person not you or person helping.
6) ID must be issued by state and have current picture and not be expired.
7) blue or black ink only please
8) No initials for city, (State is ok but not city)
9) Month should be a 2 didget number not a name
10) 2 guns within 5 (business) days gets reported to the atf.
11) watch out for shell buyers, they hold you responsible if the gun is for someone other than the buyer or their family member, do not sell guns that are supposed to be presents for someone else.

12)there are more but I don't remember them.

On number 10 isn't that only if it's 2 handguns? I am not an ffl, just curious as that is what I have read elsewhere.

The new 4473 just splits question 10 into 10a and 10b.

qustion 10a asks...

Are you spanish or not spanish?

question 10b is just what race are you?

yes, just 2 handguns from the same FFL within a 5 day business period

for rifles and "other" it is not required unless you are a southern border state.
