He may have said it more than once, but I heard him say that in a stand up routine. I think he was talking about making his movie "Stir Crazy" some of which was shot in a prison.

From my point-of-view... The government (at whatever level) says, in effect... "Take time off from work, and come over here. We need you to solve a murder. Here's $15..."

last time i was summoned for jury duty i went bat **** crazy on them when they started asking me the questions for qualify juror and they released me so i got the rest of the day off and got paid too.
