Somehow, some of those vermin made it to West Germany (they are not indigenous to Europe) & managed to envenomate my lower leg, causing a huge hole of dead epidermis that was a long time to heal. One of the medics thought I had VD before the PA, a native of Louisiana, corrected the diagnosis.

We have those danged things everywhere. Never been bitten but have those sticky traps everywhere to control the population.

I dont think the sticky traps would work in my case i was on 30 acres clearing brush to my knowledge of when i got bite.
