Finally going to San Antonio...but what to do?

We enjoyed going to all the different missions around and eating on the river walk. Also, Buckhorn Saloon and Museum.

When you Visit the Alamo, checkout the basement, you’ll have to ask specifically to see it.

I remember as a kid we visited a museum I think it was "Hyde Park?"
It had amazing armaments, statues, native artifacts, lots of Texas history

I went to San Antonio once many years ago with two of my children. I always wanted to go back and tour the missions in the area but never made that trip.

I've got a buddy who I've known for almost 30 years, who is an Alamo Ranger. For years I've been trying to plan a trip to San Antonio to visit him and catch up. But for some reason, something always got in my way. Whether it was work, money, covid, whatever. This seemingly short trek always had to be placed on the back burner for "someday."

Well, my two daughters surprised me with a belated father's day gift - a 4 day/3 night trip! My question is...besides all the obvious, The Alamo, Riverwalk, SeaWorld, Fiesta Texas, etc., what else is there to see and do (clap, clap, clap, clap) deep in the heart of Texas?

No suggestions on what TO do, but I highly suggest NOT taking a leak on The Alamo. I heard one dude did that and was banned from San Antonio for decades.
