Not defending anyone here but you do understand pyromania is an impulse control disorder right? Throw the book at them all you want but with out psychiatric treatment they'll do it every chance they get.

but these types of people could be buying thousands of matches at a time! they could be strike any where matches (the assault rifle of matches) you can go into any store and buy these strike anywhere matches with no background check or waiting period. ive even found websites where you can buy thousands of matches no questions asked. we need to limit the sale of these types of matches to official government use only.
