I don't know about OT, but I don't have so much information on my phone. Besides, if I'm in an accident and emergency responders need someone in my family to call, they couldn't get to the "ICE" numbers if it was locked.

But then, I don't do Apple products for any reason other than the iPad we have to use in our Summer work jobs.

I HATE Apple. Android is not much better. Apple though:

1) Refuses to cooperate with different software platforms
2) Feels they are moral enough to not allow "porn" (Don't imbibe in porn, but don't tell me what I cannot view.)
3) Lie about their non compliance with gov't agencies and their security.
4) Steal other people's work and systems, and instead of paying a fee, lose in court and decide to remove hardware and software features.
5) You buy their hardware, when they stop supporting the hardware, it is still illegal to load a third party OS on it.

You actually can, on iphone go through the process as if you were powering off, a screen comes up with "power off" "medical ID" and "Emergency call". Swipe Medical ID and all of the information that has been entered for an Emergency will come up including emergency contacts. Or if you hold down the side button and either volume button and don't let off an emergency count down will begin then the calls will be placed automatically.

Then after a certain length of time, they indiscriminately determine your password is no longer working.

But I don't.
The most valuable thing on my Iphone would be my contacts list. I don't use an app to buy or pay for anything. If i buy on Amazon its in Duck Duck Go or Crypto browser and all info is deleted automatically at the end of the session.
