People complain that the government is invading their privacy, then they open a facebook page and cheerfully give up all their privacy.:madbox:

There's a difference between giving away information (FB) and having it taken away (gov't). You can decide what info you're putting on FB (admittedly, I think some people post way too much personal, life crisis stuff), but once the gov't decides what info it wants, there's not a lot you can do (thinking back to some of the questions on the last census).

you should google your username and see how much is information out there of simply your osa postings. If you are online at all, don't be surprised who knows what about your thoughts or leanings.

you can lock facebook down so much, that you are the only one who can see what you post.
