Garbage disposal stuck

mine has a 5/8 inch nut in the center. turn off power. atach socket with extension and turn it till it breaks free.

Once it will turn, run several ice cubes through it to help clear it out.

Yeah. Nothing bigger than 9mm or with a muzzle velocity of over 2000 fps.

Oh I just knew it. 9mm wouldn't turn a flea's garbage disposal. What you need is a good old .45 +p+.

All the other above should work. If the motor stops humming there should be a small reset switch on the body of the GD.

Mine also has a 5/8" hex nut. I have to do this every so often because the wife and kids don't pay attention.
