I can relate. Spent a few days at IMTS up there. The food was excellent. And the female population that they had to have had bussed in there wasn't bad either. Good food and women were everywhere!I only miss

Pickles get a yuk but relish is all good?? You do know what relish is ....right?
You have to try a Chicago dog once, all the flavors mesh together and really work well.
I'll argue. My dislike of onions is legendary among my family.NO...I was born ..raised....Lived in Chicago for over 50 + years...ONION chopped, not sliced.
...looks good but still needs onions....Chill Dogs are super, cheese onions, sport peppers
WHO ...wants to argue ! ....ONIONS !
I know but pretty sure when it comes to hot dogs relish is generally pickle based and I am just giving @Glock 'em down a ration of grief!!I bought some chipotle relish this time last year. Not a pickle in the jar. It was amazing. I've looked for it ever since, can't find it.

Pineapple relish , apricot relish........... list goes on!!
Green chili chipotle relish.
- 1 (7-ounce) can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1 (10-ounce) can Ro*Tel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles, drained
- 1 (4-ounce) can green chiles
- 1 cup sugar
- Remove the chipotle peppers from the can and dice. In a medium saucepan, combine the diced chipotle peppers with adobo sauce with the Ro*Tel, green chiles and sugar. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens slightly and is warmed through. Cool to warm.
Tip: Be sure to save any unused relish; it goes great on eggs the next morning or a block of cream cheese for an appetizer!
Makes 3.5 cups

I've never understood having what amounts to a salad on top of a hot dog. Can you taste the dog under all those vegetables? Can you taste anything but dill pickle with that concoction? Not being disparaging, I'm honestly curious. That style seems to be making it's way more and more into this part of the country. I've seen them priced anywhere from several to 11 or 12 dollars. Don't want to spend that much and then not be able to taste the hot dog.
